Personal Training and  Mentoring

I love to help others build confidence through health and fitness. 

I know how overwhelming it can be to start a fitness journey for the first time.

I offer 1/2/1 sessions in my own personal gym.  I can help ladies face 2 face or virtually online. I have clients from all over the UK.

​

I love to help my clients by building their confidence, creating fun and exciting sessions but also adapting and working with them to help meet all their needs. Not just physical health but also their mental health.

​

I am a big believer in taking time to look after your mental wellbeing as well as your physical. This is something I will work with you and a guide you on.
